In the scope of a new project, a technical audit enables Socamel Technologies to guarantee its client supervised and controlled reception and installation of equipment.
Organisation audits are carried out by our Catering Consultants. Based on their experience in the catering trade, they audit the organisation and its catering and cooking services (cooking practices) and help you to create a bespoke meal distribution organisation. Our Catering Consultants also provide user training.
Technical audits are carried out by our Expert Technical Staff. They carry out audits of the existing equipment fleet and the technical environment of the installations (refrigerated, I.T. and thermal). They provide maintenance and training of your technical services.
