Socamel Technologies’ head office, located in Renage (Isère), between Grenoble and Lyon, employs 160 people in production and support services.

United Kingdom

Socamel United Kingdom Ltd, Socamel Technologies’ British subsidiary, employs 10 people in Calne in the county of Wiltshire.

It shares the same Socamel Technologies commitments as regards to pre-sales, sales and after-sales. It stocks a range of spare parts, and its facilities include repair workshops and call-out vehicles.

Sector managers: specialised in institutional catering (logistics, HACCP recommendations, technical fields), they are your sole and first point of contact and coordinate specialist requirements.
Catering Consultants: from the catering trade, they audit the organisation and its catering and cooking services (cooking practices), suggest a bespoke meal distribution organisation and provide user training.
Expert Technicians: audit the existing fleet of equipment and the technical environment of the installations (refrigerated, I.T thermal) and provide maintenance and training of technical services.
Project Engineers: offer bespoke solutions, achieved through prototyping and an installation plan.

its Maintenance and Repairs Service, at the factory: in addition to maintenance, it also provides clients with second-hand, guaranteed equipment to match their budgets as closely as possible.

4^th Commitment: an environmentally-responsible approach

is an active member of the recycling organisation Recys’tem Pro;
separates waste in its production unit;
trains its mobile teams each year on how to drive in an eco-friendly manner.
