Performance stems not only from the quality of design, manufacturing and installation of products, but also from training of users and those responsible for equipment maintenance. Socamel Technologies therefore pledges to provide you with a training programme for the staff concerned.

When the products sold are installed and set up, we offer two types of training:

• User training. This is for staff working in the kitchen, cleaning, care and technical services, as well as the logistical chain, so as to provide them with the information necessary for them to make optimal use of our products.
• Technical Team training to allow them to carry out diagnostics and everyday repairs so as to maximise equipment use.

What resources are used?

Socamel Technologies has training approval (No. 82380159638), issued by the prefecture of the French département of Isère, which enables us to train technical services staff in maintaining and repairing its products. This approval allows it to include training given under the “1% training” scheme.

What next?

After each training scheme, Socamel Technologies :

• gives participants training material that recaps the operational modes studied.
• sends a “Training summary” to the catering manager or technical manager, with a list of staff trained and the points dealt with during training. This list is then followed up and additional training modules may be suggested.
