REAL TIME TRACEABILITY

Socamel Technologies is pleased to offer its real time traceability system to enable users to react quickly in critical situations. Another step down the HACCP approach.

Ergonomics

  • Double Flow docking stations and Compactserv trolleys are directly linked by Ethernet or Wi-Fi to the monitoring software.
  • The curves, warnings, alarms and other diagnostic information are displayed on the catering manager’s PC in real time. 
  • When the catering manager notices a warning (for instance, the temperature is too low), he can re-programme the docking station or trolley remotely from his PC.
  • When connected, real time traceability may be used not only with i-Serv Technology and standard traceability, but also with extended traceability
