EXTENDED TRACEABILITY

Socamel Technologies are pleased to offer their extended traceability system to allow users to check every stage in meal distribution in institutions better. This completes the standard traceability system for machines fitted with i-Serv Technology.

All information on temperatures, even with cart unpowered

  • Extended traceability, which is installed on Ergoserv tray trolleys and Compactserv trolleys, enables you to record temperatures throughout the distribution process, from storage in the kitchen right through to trolley cleaning.
  • 2880 measuring points can be viewed, which are recorded and displayed as temperature curves!
