INSERT AND THERMALLY INSULATED COVER

Insert enables meal trays to be transported. Fitted with a thermally insulated cover, Insert links up the kitchen and the different hospital or catering units. Small in size, light and manageable, it is used in hospitals with sizeable transport logistics.

Easy to load

Insert has been designed with the same insulating internal surfaces and side racks as the Ergoserv tray trolley: trays are thus loaded in the same way.

Compact and light

Due to its small size and weight, more Inserts can be loaded in a truck in one trip. Two Insert sets can be transported: one for the lunch meal and the other for the evening meal – to be stored in a cold room. Rotation is then more efficient for logistics.

Hygiene

Made of stainless steel and with no water retention areas, it is easy to clean whatever method is used.

A range of trays and white or decorated porcelain dishware provides patients with a hotel-standard quality of service.
