REFRIGERATED SERVIZIO

The Refrigerated Servizio trolley keeps starters, cheeses, desserts, etc. cool for distribution in bulk or on trays. It is very useful for outpatient service, in day wards and maternity hospitals.

Flexibility

Staff appreciate being able to serve meals at any time, whenever the patients return to their rooms.

HACCP compliance

Refrigerated Servizio is thermally insulated: when turned on in the serving area or on wards, it can store at 3°C patient meals, baby bottles or other starters. Once turned off and with the door closed, it can keep dishes at less than 10°C for more than an hour.

Hygiene

Its M1-class food grade specially designed rails, sloping tank bottom and panels make it easy to clean.

Options

Refrigerated Servizio can also be personalised :

standard or bespoke colour scheme;
microwave for rethermalization.
