COMPACTSERV PLATES

The Compactserv Plates trolley enables plates to be kept at temperature and rethermalized for meal distribution in a dining room.
It has been designed for hotel-quality ergonomic table service and is best suited for meals distributed in retirement homes and local hospitals.

Quality

Compactserv Plates is an offshoot of Compactserv and uses forced, directed thermoconvection technology chosen by traditional industrial kitchens for its taste and smell qualities.

Service

When preparing the lunch meal, the kitchen may also prepare the evening plates. They are then stored cold in the Compactserv Plates trolley.

Rethermalization starts automatically at the set time for service, without the user having to do anything: the only thing left to do is serve the plates.

2 models: Mini and Junior, for distributing from 40 to 60 plates.
